Our Fees
Engagement fee
For our complete property consultancy service, there is an initial engagement fee which enables us to begin the process of finding you your new property (which comes with a 30 Day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee).
Success fee
The success fee is only payable once we have secured your property and contracts have been exchanged - this is a fixed fee based on a sliding scale of the total purchase cost. We would never charge a percentage of the total purchase price, as we negotiate the best possible price for you and we do not want our clients to ever worry that we have not achieved the best price due to our fees being a percentage of the property cost.
Our Exclusive Buyers Agent fees are agreed upon in full and will be detailed on your Exclusive Agency Agreement.
