- Meeting with you at your home or office.
- Finding real estate in accordance with your exact needs, specifications, and budget - from the Property Criteria Brief you complete.
- Source suitable properties, all of which we personally inspect.
- From the short listed properties, we provide you with a detailed property analysis report, together with photos and video footage.
- We take you, or meet you at the properties we have selected for inspection.
- We negotiate the absolute best price for the property and contract terms on your behalf.
- Advise and assist with any professional services: i.e., pest and building reports. If this is an investment property, we can assist with quantity surveyors/depreciating schedules for tax breaks.
- We make ourselves available to you in a timely manner and keep in constant contact with you, advising you of the progress of our search.
- Due to our policy and privacy laws, we keep all your information strictly confidential and do not disclose to any other organisation unless required by law.
- Our principles and standards are of the highest standard and comply with the NSW Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002.
Exclusive Buyers Agency means that we are "Exclusively Buyers" and we do not accept listings. The advantages of using us as your Exclusive Buyers Agent is that we avoid conflicts of interest by working in the best interests of you the buyer and not the seller. We avoid homes and suburbs likely to fare poorly in the marketplace and ensure you do not unknowingly overpay for a property. We fully inform you of any adverse conditions and of overpriced properties due to an unrealistic vendor, we are very sharp negotiators which save you lots of money (we generally always save you much more than our fee), we also work seven days a week to ensure a speedy service.
We are completely independent, we have an extensive knowledge of the local property market, and we look after your entire home search from start to finish. Once you are happy with the short listed properties, we arrange with you and the selling agent for an inspection at a convenient time with you, any day of the week.
If the property is going to Auction, then we have an auction bidding service, where we represent and bid on your behalf - we are Professional Auction Bidders.
We advise and assist you with any inspections you may need. We can recommend you with referrals from our extensive network of leading professionals. These are recommendations only - we do not obtain any commissions and you are free to use your own contacts. Some professionals you may need include:

You will need to complete our Exclusive Agency Agreement. We collect an Engagement Fee. Major Credit Cards, Bank Transfer or Cheque are accepted.
