Real Estate Auctions

Real Estate Auctions take up most of the day. Have you ever spent every minute of the day looking for a property? Trying to re-arrange your life going to open houses, which are all staggered at different times of the day and week, you eventually find something. It's going to auction and the Agent exaggerates and tells you the property will go for a lot less than it actually will, you spend money on pest and building reports, re-arrange your entire auction day, turn up at the auction all excited, then the first bidder throws in a bid way above your budget. It happens all the time. How many times do you want to go through that disappointing auction nightmare? Let Tracey bid on your behalf, Tracey is a very experienced Professional Auction Bidder - it pays to have a professional bidder representing you.

Because of our impeccable attention to detail, we discuss a strategy with you prior to auction and go in fully prepared. Due to our research and experience, we are totally professional and confident on the day. Pre-planning a strategy is the safest way to tackle an auction.

Most property auction bidders are either bidding for the first time, they don't know how to bid effectively, which can turn into a real disaster. Imagine losing out on the property you wanted or paying excessively over the market value (you then also run in to Bank Valuer problems and not being able to borrow funds from the bank). Unfortunately that is the nature of auctions - there is immense pressure and excitement, emotions are running totally wild, your heart is probably pounding away, not even remembering what your last bid was. You need to know what you are doing. Using Tracey for the auction process will be to your full advantage, when you have an experienced Property Bidder working for you.

We bid for you whether you have found the property or we have - i.e., if you have found the property. Do you just want us to create a bidding strategy and bid on your behalf? You may be new to the auction process or you may be an interstate/International buyer. Why would you, if you are an interstate/International buyer, give your highest bid to the Real Estate Agent and let them bid on your behalf? Keep the ace up your sleeve and let us bid for you.

Where Do I Start with the Auction Bidding Process?

We arrange a meeting and prepare the best Auction strategy for your situation. You need to complete our Agency Agreement. We collect the fee upfront. Major credit cards are accepted, or bank transfer or cheque.

We also prepare a detailed Property Analysis and a 'CMA' Comprehensive Market Appraisal for the property free of charge.

As an auction has no cooling off period, it is recommended you do all your homework prior to auction day. We advise and assist you with any inspections you may need. We can recommend you with referrals from our network of leading professionals. These are recommendations only - we do not obtain any commissions and you are free to use your own contacts. Some professionals you may need include:

We attend the auction and bid with or without you as you prefer. You may or may not be able to make the auction day, so we gather necessary documents from you prior to the auction: i.e. proof of identity and a signed letter of authority.
